Part 1: Solidity Developer
Module 1: Blockchain & Smart Contracts
Description
This module introduces you to blockchain basics: what it is, how it works, and what makes it secure and immutable. You will also be introduced to a variety of ecosystems and their blockchains. However, the focus will be on the Ethereum blockchain. Later in the module, you will become familiar with smart contracts: by learning Solidity basics, writing, and interacting with smart contracts. You will also learn about Metamask, Etherscan, Remix, and other tools and services you need as a smart contract developer, including what tokens are, what standards exist, and how to create your token.

In this module, we discuss the architecture of a decentralized exchange (DEX). You will learn what AMM, Orderbook, Router, and Liquidity Pools are, what technological solutions they are based on and how to implement them. We will look at techniques for calculating the exchange rate and increasing the profitability of exchange operations. It will help you design and build decentralized exchanges on your own, both traditional and algorithm DEXs.
