Description
This module covers an introductory study of product management and its spectrums, including product planning, development, market intelligence, and analysis in web3. This also includes introductory study of the decentralized internet - web3 and its distributed ledger technology - blockchain. Further in the module, you will also be introduced to essential hardware and software product management tools to create products that suit consumer needs by integrating ingenious design and functionality. At the end of the module, you will have key foundational knowledge on the best practices for identifying needs, bringing innovative products to life, and strategically positioning blockchain/web3 products effectively in markets. You will also learn key frameworks in product management, as well as establishing, leading, and managing a team.
